My Turning Point
My own “I’m done” moment came when I realized the company I worked at wasn’t designed for therapists’ long-term financial or professional growth. After years of helping build large-scale group practices, I saw how systems were purposely set up to keep therapists dependent by making private practice seem too complicated to pursue (spoiler: it’s not). Eventually, I came back to my true passion: helping therapists build careers that are both sustainable and freeing. I want to help clinicians like you create practices that are financially sound, clinically meaningful, and personally aligned with the life you want to live.
