My Writing

I write about the inner lives of women and couples, and the relationships that shape us.

I write about the lived experiences of women and couples and how family history, culture, and expectations shape who we become and how we show up in relationships. My work pays close attention to the patterns we inherit, the roles we’re taught to play, and how those dynamics influence connection over time.

At the center of my work is the belief that loneliness is not a personal failure, but a relational outcome. It develops when relationships shaped by modern life no longer support real human needs for connection, honesty, and mutual care.

Drawing from years of clinical experience, I focus on what helps relationships thrive, what causes them to break down, and what it looks like for us to relate to ourselves and others with greater clarity and connection.
